MeanWell LRS-350 terminal cover with strain relief

A snap-on guard for the exposed screw terminals on a MeanWell LRS-350 series power supply, whose chassis is 215 x 115 x 30 mm with the terminal block at one end. The cover is 50 mm deep, wraps the full 115 mm width and 30 mm height with 2 mm walls, and hooks onto the two chassis screw holes near the terminals with M3 screws. The rear face has three 8 mm cable exits with printed strain relief ribs so mains and DC leads cannot pull on the screws, and slotted vents keep airflow past the terminal end. Print it open-side down without supports.

A cover measured to your exact supply and cable count is safer than a download that leaves gaps. In SpeakCAD you describe the PSU, preview the cover free in the browser, adjust for the LRS-150 or LRS-600 or add a fused inlet hole in the chat, and download the STL.

Design a snap-on terminal cover for a MeanWell LRS-350 power supply 115 mm wide and 30 mm tall, cover depth 50 mm with 2 mm walls, two M3 mounting holes matching the chassis, three 8 mm cable exits with strain relief ribs on the rear face and 2 mm ventilation slots on top.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
