IKEA Bekvam step stool anti-slip foot replacement
A replacement foot for the IKEA Bekvam step stool that covers the raw end of each leg when the original plastic glide falls off or the wood starts scratching the floor. The Bekvam legs are about 45 by 20 mm at the foot, so the cap has a 45.5 by 20.5 mm pocket 10 mm deep with 2 mm walls and a 4 mm sole that carries a recess for a 2 mm rubber sheet or a felt pad. Two 3 mm pilot holes take small screws for a permanent fit. Print it sole down in PETG or TPU; TPU gives real grip on tiles.
Leg ends of the Bekvam and Molger differ by a millimetre or two, and your floor decides between felt and rubber, so a foot generated to your measurements fits properly.
