Garmin Edge 1040 silicone-style bumper case
A flexible bumper printed in TPU that wraps the Garmin Edge 1040 and 1040 Solar (59.3 x 117.6 x 20 mm) to protect the corners in a crash and the screen edge from the bar bag zipper. The shell is 1.5 mm thick with 0.3 mm clearance, cutouts for the three side buttons and the USB-C port, a 3 mm raised lip around the screen, and the quarter-turn tabs left fully clear so the unit still mounts normally. Print it screen-side down in TPU 95A at 0.2 mm layers with slow outer walls.
