Front fork mudguard for mountain bike
A fork-mounted mudguard sits under the crown and behind the arch to keep mud out of your eyes and off the stanchions. The guard is about 250 mm long and 100 mm wide with four zip-tie slots 5 x 3 mm along the sides, a 1.5 mm thickness for flex, and a curved profile with a 90 mm radius to follow a 2.4 inch tyre. Printing it flat in TPU or thin PETG gives the compliance needed to bend around the fork arch without cracking.
Forks differ in arch width and stanchion spacing, and SpeakCAD sizes the slots and the cut-out for your exact fork rather than a generic template. Widen the guard for plus tyres or add a logo recess in the chat, and preview free in the browser.
