Rubber tip protectors for Black Diamond Trail, Distance Z and Alpine Carbon poles, as well as Leki and Komperdell, that slip over the carbide tip so the poles do not scar rock, click on tarmac or shred a rucksack lid when strapped on. The cap has an 11.2 mm bore 25 mm deep for the 11 mm tip housing, 2.5 mm walls, a 16 mm domed foot with a crosshatch tread, and a 1 mm inward lip so it grips the tip's shoulder. Print in TPU 95A at 0.16 mm layers, tip-up, and expect them to outlast the ones in the shop.
