Cup holder phone mount with gooseneck base

A cup holder phone mount avoids sticky dash pads and suction cups by wedging into a cup holder with an expanding base. The base is a 72 mm cylinder with four 2 mm flex fins that press against the holder wall, a 15 mm diameter stem 120 mm tall, and a two-piece phone cradle 75 to 85 mm wide with 10 mm deep jaws and a 20 mm cutout for a charging cable. PETG survives summer heat and the fins should print at 0.8 mm walls to flex without breaking.
