Bottle cage tool holder insert

A tool holder shaped like a water bottle drops into a spare bottle cage and carries a tube, CO2 cartridge and multitool without a saddle bag. The body is 74 mm in diameter and 130 mm tall with 1.8 mm walls, a screw lid with a two-start thread and 0.4 mm clearance, and an internal divider that separates a 16 g cartridge from the tube. A rubberised band recess at the cage contact point stops rattling on rough roads.

With SpeakCAD you size the canister to your tube size and cage depth, and you can add a slot for a tyre lever or a foam liner pocket in a couple of chat messages. Everything previews free in the browser and you pay only when you download.

Create a bottle-shaped tool canister 74 mm in diameter, 130 mm tall with 1.8 mm walls, a 15 mm tall two-start threaded lid with 0.4 mm clearance, an internal divider 60 mm tall, and a 3 mm wide 1 mm deep band recess 50 mm from the base.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
