Kindle Paperwhite one-hand page-turn grip ring

A stick-on ring grip for the back of a Kindle Paperwhite (176.7 x 127.6 mm on the 2024 model) that slips over two fingers so the tablet hangs from your hand and your thumb reaches the page-turn edge without gripping. The ring has a 22 mm inside diameter and a 4 mm profile, sits on a 40 x 40 mm base plate 2 mm thick with rounded corners, and is placed off-centre in the prompt to suit right or left handed reading. Print it in TPU for comfort or PETG for a firm feel, base down.

Commercial ring grips are round and too small for a Kindle, and downloaded ones assume a phone. In SpeakCAD you describe your e-reader, whether it wears a cover, and your hand, preview the grip free in the browser, refine the ring size in the chat, then download the STL.

Model a finger ring grip with a 22 mm inside diameter torus of 4 mm profile standing 26 mm tall on a 40 x 40 x 2 mm base with 6 mm corner radii, the ring centre offset 8 mm toward one edge, a 0.5 mm textured adhesive recess underneath and 1 mm fillets for a Kindle Paperwhite.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
