Race bib magnetic holder clips for running vest

A set of four magnetic bib holders that pin a race number to a Salomon or Nike running vest, a Hoka singlet or a cycling jersey without safety pins puncturing expensive fabric. Each clip is a two-part sandwich: an outer 20 mm disc with a 10 x 2 mm neodymium magnet pocket and a small raised logo area, and an inner disc that clamps the bib through the fabric. Discs are 3 mm thick with 1.5 mm walls around the magnet and a 0.4 mm interference press fit; print them flat in PETG in your club colours and glue the magnets with a drop of CA.

Downloaded holders are made for whatever magnet the designer had, and a wrong fit lets the magnet escape mid-race. Tell SpeakCAD your magnet size and how thick your vest fabric is, preview the discs free in the browser, add a name in the chat, then download the STL.

Design a two-part race bib magnet holder: an outer disc 20 mm in diameter and 3 mm thick with a 10.2 mm diameter, 2.2 mm deep magnet pocket at 0.4 mm press fit, and a matching 20 mm inner disc 2 mm thick with a 0.5 mm raised rim, both with 0.5 mm rounded edges.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
