Garage parking stop wheel chock for Tesla Model Y
A low parking stop that screws to the garage floor so the front wheel of a Tesla Model Y or any similar SUV settles into the same spot every time, leaving room to open the trunk and reach the charge port. The stop is 400 mm long with a 60 mm high ramped bump of 30 degrees on the approach side and a 45 degree back face, 3 mm walls with a 15 percent gyroid infill, and four 8 mm countersunk holes for concrete anchors. A 50 mm wide reflective tape channel runs along the crest. Print it in two 200 mm halves joined by 10 mm dowels in PETG or ASA, flat on the bottom face with no supports.
Rubber stops are heavy and slide on sealed floors. In SpeakCAD you give tyre width and how much bump you want to feel, preview the stop in the browser without paying, change the length for two wheels in the chat, and download the STL.
