Extension cord reel crank handle
Cable reels are wound by a folding crank handle whose plastic knob and pivot break long before the cable does. The replacement is a 90 mm arm 20 mm wide and 8 mm thick with a 6 mm pivot hole at one end and a 25 mm rotating knob on a 5 mm pin at the other, plus a detent bump that keeps it folded during storage. Print the arm flat with 100 percent infill and the knob on its face, in PETG so the pin does not shear.
SpeakCAD matches the pivot hole spacing and reel hub of your specific model rather than a lookalike, and can size the knob for gloved hands if you ask. Adjust the arm length in chat until it clears the reel body. The preview is free in the browser.
Design a cord reel crank: an arm 90 x 20 x 8 mm with a 6.2 mm pivot hole and detent bump at one end, a 5 mm pin boss at the other, and a separate 25 mm knob 12 mm tall with a 5.2 mm bore.
