Blender lid center cap
The removable center cap of a blender lid gets lost or cracked, and without it every smoothie splashes the counter. The cap is a 55 mm diameter plug 30 mm tall with a slight taper so it wedges into the lid opening, a 4 mm top flange for grip, a 2.5 mm wall and an internal cup shape that doubles as a 30 ml measure. Print it flange-down at 0.16 mm layers for a smooth seal, in PETG or PP, which tolerate the dishwasher better than PLA.
Blender openings are all slightly different, so SpeakCAD models the plug to the diameter and depth you measure on your lid and lets you adjust the taper until it seats firmly. Add measuring lines or a vent slot in a follow-up. Generating the cap is free in the browser.
Create a blender lid center cap: a cup-shaped plug 55 mm diameter at the flange tapering to 53 mm over 30 mm height, 2.5 mm walls, a 4 mm wide top flange 3 mm thick, an open top forming a 30 ml measuring cup, and 1 mm fillets.
