Washing machine door handle replacement
Front-loader door handles snap at the pivot lugs after years of use, and manufacturers frequently charge a premium for a small plastic lever. The replacement is a 150 mm curved lever about 25 mm wide and 12 mm thick, with two 5 mm pivot bosses 40 mm apart, a hook that engages the latch plunger and a return-spring seat. Print it on its back at 100 percent infill in PETG or ABS, and fillet every internal corner to stop cracks starting again.
Handles are unique to each machine, so SpeakCAD generates one from the measurements you take off the broken piece: pivot spacing, lug diameter, hook offset and overall curve. Adjust the hook depth in the chat if the latch does not release cleanly. Generating and previewing costs nothing.
