Bosch L-Boxx 136 insert for GSR 12V drill kit
A replacement inlay for the Bosch Professional L-Boxx 136 (Sortimo L-BOXX 136) that cradles a GSR 12V-35 drill, two GBA 12V batteries, the GAL 12V charger and a 32-piece bit box in one layer. The Boxx interior is about 378 by 313 mm at 100 mm usable depth, so the inlay is split into three tiles that lock with dovetails and print on a 256 mm bed. Pockets have 3 mm clearance around each item, 2 mm floors and 2.5 mm dividing walls, with finger cut-outs so the drill lifts out by the grip. Print in PLA or PETG, flat, no supports.
Rigid foam inlays crumble and the factory insert only fits Bosch's own layout. In SpeakCAD you state which drill, batteries and bit case you carry, preview the tiled inlay in the browser without charge, move a pocket in the chat, then download the STL.
Design a three-tile L-Boxx 136 inlay totalling 376 by 311 mm and 60 mm tall joined by 8 mm dovetails, with a 205 by 75 mm drill pocket, two 60 by 45 mm battery pockets, a 120 by 65 mm charger pocket and a 170 by 60 mm bit box pocket, 3 mm clearance, 2 mm floors, 2.5 mm walls.
