Tube bird feeder with perches
A tube feeder dispenses seed slowly through small ports and keeps most of it dry. This design is a 70 mm diameter tube 250 mm tall with 2 mm walls, four 12 mm feeding ports with 80 mm perches below each, a domed rain cap that twists off and a sloped base that funnels seed toward the ports. A 4 mm hole in the cap takes a wire hanger. Print the tube vertically in ASA or PETG for weather resistance, and the cap dome-up.
SpeakCAD builds the feeder to your preferred seed type by adjusting port size, and matches the height to where it will hang. Ask for a squirrel baffle or a wider tray in the same conversation. The browser preview is free and the download is a couple of credits.
