Bambu Lab AMS desiccant holder tray for silica beads

A vented tray that clips into the unused floor space at the front of the Bambu Lab AMS, between the spool rollers, and holds about 60 g of loose silica gel beads or two 10 g sachets. The tray is 150 by 24 by 18 mm with a 1.2 mm perforated lid on a snap hinge, 2 mm slots on 4 mm centres so air passes but 2 to 4 mm beads cannot, and a 3 mm lip that hooks the AMS front rail without tape. It prints in two parts flat on the bed in PLA or PETG; the lid pops off for oven regeneration of the beads.

AMS revisions and the AMS 2 Pro have different floor geometry, which is why shared trays often foul the spool. In SpeakCAD you describe your unit and the space you measured, preview the tray in the browser without paying, adjust the slot size in the chat, and download the STL.

Create a desiccant tray 150 mm long, 24 mm wide and 18 mm tall with 1.2 mm walls, a 3 mm downward lip along one long edge, a separate snap-fit lid 1.2 mm thick perforated with 2 by 12 mm slots on 4 mm centres, and 0.3 mm clearance on the lid tabs.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
