Toy car wheel and axle replacement

Ride-on and push-along toy cars lose wheels when the axle cap or hub snaps, and spare parts are rarely sold separately. A replacement wheel is typically 60 mm in diameter and 20 mm wide with a 6 mm bore and a matching 130 mm axle with snap ridges at each end that lock into cap washers. Add a 1 mm tread pattern and 3 mm rim fillets. Print the wheels face down and the axle vertically in PETG, or TPU for a quiet roll.

SpeakCAD reproduces the diameter and axle length of the original so the toy sits level, and can match the style of the three wheels that survived. Ask for a color-split hub or a wider tread in the chat. Generating and previewing the parts is free in the browser.
