RC car shock tower brace
A shock tower brace spans the two upper shock mounts and stops the towers flexing or snapping during hard landings. For a 1/10 scale buggy the brace is about 90 mm long, 8 mm wide and 5 mm thick with 3.2 mm holes at each end spaced to match the tower holes, plus a shallow arch in the middle to clear the body. PETG or carbon-filled nylon give the impact resistance PLA lacks, and a 1 mm fillet on every edge helps distribute stress.

Create a shock tower brace 90 mm long, 8 mm wide and 5 mm thick with 3.2 mm mounting holes at 82 mm centres, a 6 mm high arch over the central 40 mm, 1 mm fillets on all edges, and countersunk hole tops for M3 screws.
