Raspberry Pi 5 USB-C power cable strain relief boot
A snap-on boot that supports the USB-C plug of the official Raspberry Pi 27 W power supply where it meets the Pi 5, preventing the wiggle that causes undervoltage warnings on a shelf-mounted board. The boot has a 13 x 7 mm channel matching the plug overmould with 0.3 mm clearance, a 30 mm tail with a 4.5 mm cable groove that guides the lead through a 90 degree turn, and two 2.5 mm holes that line up with the Pi 5 corner mounting hole and a case standoff. Walls are 1.5 mm and the part prints as two clam halves that close with a 1 mm snap rib. Print flat in TPU or PETG.
