Nalgene 32 oz bottle cage adapter for bikes
A 32 oz Nalgene wide mouth is 89 mm across, far too fat for the 74 mm cages on a bikepacking or touring frame. This cage adapter bolts to the standard two-bolt mount with M5 slots on 64 mm centres, then wraps the bottle in a 90 mm inner diameter cradle 120 mm tall with a 3 mm floor and a 20 mm slot at the top for a Voile or hook-and-loop strap. The 3 mm walls are cut with large windows to save weight and let mud fall through. Print it upright in PETG or ASA so it does not creep in summer heat.
