PS5 DualSense dual controller charging stand

A twin-bay stand for two PlayStation 5 DualSense or DualSense Edge controllers (160 x 66 x 106 mm) that holds them face-out with their USB-C ports aligned over two short cables routed through the base. Each bay is a 68 mm wide U-channel with a 3 mm rubber-friendly lip, angled 10 degrees back so the controller rests on its grips, and a 9 x 4 mm slot at the bottom that captures a right-angle USB-C plug with 0.3 mm clearance. Cables exit through a 12 mm hole at the rear of the base. Print it standing on its base with 2 mm walls and no supports.

Off-the-shelf docks rely on proprietary dongles that break. With SpeakCAD you describe your controllers and the exact plug you own, check the stand in the browser without spending anything, add a PS Portal bay or an LED strip groove in the chat, then download the STL.
