Philips Hue motion sensor corner mount bracket
A wedge that lets the Philips Hue motion sensor sit in the corner of a room, where its field of view covers the whole space. The sensor is roughly 55 x 55 x 20 mm and hangs off a small magnetic ball mount, so the bracket is a 45 degree wedge, 60 mm tall, with a 12 mm pocket for a 12 x 3 mm disc magnet or a flat face for the stock magnet plate. The two rear faces meet at 90 degrees, each 40 mm wide with a 4 mm countersunk hole, and 3 mm walls keep it light. Print it with the flat sensor face down for a clean finish.
Corner geometry varies and the stock mount often ends up tilted, which is why a measured wedge helps. In SpeakCAD you describe the corner and sensor, preview the bracket free in the browser, change the angle or fit an Aqara P1 in the chat, and download the STL.
Create a 90 degree corner wedge bracket 60 mm tall with 3 mm walls for a Philips Hue motion sensor, two 40 mm wide rear faces each with a 4 mm countersunk hole, a 45 degree front face carrying a 12 x 3 mm magnet pocket, and 2 mm fillets on all outside edges.
