Peloton Bike phone and tablet holder tray

A tray that clamps to the horizontal section of the Peloton Bike or Bike+ handlebar and holds a phone or small tablet beside the main screen, handy for reading messages, running a heart rate app or watching something else during a scenic ride. The tray has a 200 mm wide ledge, a 12 mm front lip, a 15 mm rear rest angled at 65 degrees and a 10 mm channel for a charging cable. The clamp is a split ring sized to the bar with two M5 bolts and a 2 mm rubber liner recess so the powder coat is not marked. Print it in PETG, tray face up, 2.4 mm walls.

Peloton bars are not a standard bicycle diameter, which is why clip-on holders rattle or slide. Give SpeakCAD the measured bar diameter and your device size, preview the tray free in the browser, adjust the angle in the chat, then download the STL.
