Paint bottle rack for dropper bottles
Dropper-bottle paints in the 17 ml size are about 26 mm in diameter and 70 mm tall, and a tiered rack keeps labels visible and bottles off the work surface. A three-tier rack with 28 mm holes, 20 mm step heights and 15 degree tilt per row holds 18 bottles in a 240 x 110 mm footprint. Walls of 2 mm and a solid 4 mm base stop it tipping, and printing it in two halves with alignment pegs avoids a long single print.
With SpeakCAD you set the hole diameter for your specific paint brand, the number of rows and the tilt angle, and the rack generates to fit your shelf depth. Fine-tune the spacing or add a brush slot through the chat, all free to preview before download.
Make a tiered paint rack 240 x 110 mm with three rows of six 28 mm holes, each row stepped 20 mm higher and tilted back 15 degrees, 2 mm walls, a 4 mm base, and 4 mm alignment pegs so it can be printed in two halves.
