MOLLE PALS pouch insert organizer for small gear

A rigid insert that drops into a soft MOLLE admin pouch on a 5.11, Condor or Helikon pack and turns the sagging fabric into ordered slots for a Leatherman, a Petzl e+LITE, a pen, a lighter and a tourniquet. The tray has 1.2 mm walls, a 2 mm floor, compartments sized to each item plus 1 mm clearance, and a 20 mm cutout on the back wall for the pouch's internal elastic. Outer dimensions match the measured pouch interior, typically 150 x 100 x 30 mm, and it prints upright in PETG without supports.

Admin pouches differ by several centimetres between brands and no downloaded insert knows what you actually carry. List your items and pouch measurements in SpeakCAD, preview the insert free in the browser, move dividers around in the chat, then download the STL and print it in a colour that makes gear easy to spot.
