Tesla Model 3 seat gap filler for center console
A wedge that fills the 25 to 35 mm gap between the front seat and the center console in a Tesla Model 3 or Model Y so keys, cards and fries stop disappearing under the seat. The filler is 380 mm long with a triangular section 40 mm tall, a 2 mm wall and a 20 mm wide flat top that sits level with the seat cushion; a 15 mm lip hooks under the console trim while a 30 degree face rests against the seat bolster. It is hollow to keep weight down and prints in two 190 mm halves that join with a 10 mm dovetail, in TPU 95A so it flexes when the seat moves, or matte PETG.
Gap fillers from the accessory market are one length and one angle. In SpeakCAD you give your measured gap and seat length, preview the wedge in the browser without paying, ask for a leather-textured top in the chat, and download the STL.
