Handlebar bike light mount adapter
Many bike lights ship with a rubber strap that slips on cold mornings or a bracket sized for a 25.4 mm bar that will not stretch to a 31.8 mm one. A printed adapter wraps a 31.8 mm bar with a two-piece clamp secured by an M5 bolt, presents a 22 mm diameter stub for the light's original bracket, and leaves 5 mm of standoff so the light sits above the bar tape. PETG or ASA survive sun and rain far better than PLA, and a 2 mm rubber shim recess stops rotation.
Give SpeakCAD your bar diameter and the fitting on your light and it generates an adapter that fits both without filing. Ask for a GoPro-style tab or a longer offset in the chat, and preview it free before downloading.
Design a two-piece handlebar clamp for a 31.8 mm bar with 4 mm wall thickness, two M5 bolt holes with nut traps, a 22 mm diameter stub 25 mm long on top for a light bracket, and a 2 mm deep rubber shim recess inside the clamp.
