Leatherman Wave belt clip sheath holster
A rigid kydex-style holster for the Leatherman Wave+, Charge or Surge that clips onto a 40 mm belt or a MOLLE column and lets the tool drop into your palm with one hand. The pocket fits the closed Wave at 100 x 33 x 19 mm with 0.5 mm clearance and 2 mm walls, a 15 mm cutout on the front so the tool can be pinched out, a drain hole in the base, and a spring belt clip 45 mm long with a 3 mm return lip. Print it pocket-down in PETG or nylon at 0.16 mm layers; the clip needs a couple of walls of flex.
