Hard earbud case with carabiner loop

Wired earbuds get crushed and tangled in a pocket, and a hard clamshell keeps them safe on a keyring or bag strap. The case is a 60 mm round shell 22 mm tall in two halves with a living hinge or pin hinge, a snap tab with 0.2 mm interference, 1.5 mm walls, a 10 mm loop for a carabiner, and an internal post that the cable wraps around. Printing each half open-side-up in PETG gives crisp snap features.

Rather than a case sized for someone else's earbuds, tell SpeakCAD the diameter of your buds and cable length and it generates a shell with the right internal volume. Change the hinge type or add a foam recess in the chat and preview free before downloading.

Design a round earbud case 60 mm in diameter and 22 mm tall in two 11 mm halves with 1.5 mm walls, a 3 mm pin hinge on one side, a snap tab with 0.2 mm interference opposite, a 10 mm carabiner loop, and a 15 mm central wrapping post.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
