Milwaukee Packout bit holder insert for 1/4 hex bits

A drop-in insert for the Milwaukee Packout Low-Profile Organizer that turns one of its removable bins into a dedicated 1/4 inch hex bit station. The insert is sized to the small bin footprint at roughly 108 by 78 mm and holds 30 bits in 6.6 mm hex pockets with 0.2 mm clearance, plus two 12 mm bores for magnetic bit holders. Pockets are 12 mm deep so long bits stand up while short ones can still be pinched out. It prints flat in PETG or PLA with a 2 mm floor and 1.5 mm ribs between pockets, no supports required.

Downloaded inserts are modelled for one bin revision and often rattle or refuse to seat. In SpeakCAD you type the bin's inside dimensions and your bit count, preview the insert in the browser without paying, adjust pocket spacing or add a slot for a driver handle in the chat, then download the STL or 3MF.
