Festool Systainer insert for Domino cutters and drill bits

A foam-free insert that sits in the bottom of a Festool Systainer SYS3 M 137 and keeps Domino DF 500 cutters, spare bits and the wrench in fixed pockets. The Systainer interior measures about 356 by 256 mm, and the insert is split into two halves so each prints on a 256 mm bed. Cutter pockets are 24 mm bores for 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm Domino cutters, with a 12 mm groove for the open-end wrench and a 60 by 30 mm well for a bag of dominos. Print flat in PLA with a 2 mm floor and 1.6 mm walls; the pockets need no supports.

Kaizen foam is quick but loses its shape and hides small parts. In SpeakCAD you list the tools you actually carry, preview a labelled insert in the browser at no cost, resize any pocket in the chat, and download the STL when it fits.
