Festool CT 27 mm hose to 32 mm adapter
A short adapter that lets the 27 mm anti-static hose from a Festool CT 26, CT 36 or CTL MIDI plug into 32 mm dust ports on non-Festool tools such as Makita sanders, Dremel shrouds or a Kärcher household vac nozzle. The Festool hose end has a 27 mm nominal cuff with an outer diameter around 36 mm, so the adapter's female side is a 36.3 mm bore 30 mm deep with two 0.5 mm ridges to bite the rubber; the male side is a 31.7 mm spigot 30 mm long with a 1.5 degree taper. Walls are 2 mm, there is a hex grip ring in the middle, and it prints upright in PETG with no supports.

Design a dust adapter 70 mm long with a female end 36.3 mm inner diameter and 30 mm deep with two 0.5 mm internal ridges, a male end 31.7 mm outer diameter and 30 mm long tapered 1.5 degrees, a 10 mm hexagonal grip ring 44 mm across in the centre, and 2 mm walls.
