Dremel accessory organizer tray for 3.2 mm shank bits
A desk tray that stands 40 Dremel accessories upright by their 3.2 mm (1/8 inch) shanks so the cutting ends face you: grinding stones, cut-off wheel mandrels, sanding drums and diamond burrs each get a 3.5 mm bore 10 mm deep on a 12 mm pitch. A raised rear row of 6 mm bores holds EZ Lock mandrels and the collet nut, and a 40 by 25 mm well at the front stores the spare 2.4 mm collet and wrench. The tray is 130 by 90 mm with a 5 degree back tilt, 2 mm floor and 1.5 mm walls; print it flat in PLA with no supports.
The plastic Dremel case hides half the bits under others. In SpeakCAD you say how many accessories you own and which mandrels, preview the tray in the browser without paying, add a pocket for a Dremel 4000 collet set in the chat, and download the STL.
