Dr. Brown's bottle vent and insert organizer tray
A tray that gives the many small parts of Dr. Brown's Options+ bottles a fixed home so vents, reservoirs, collars and nipples are ready to assemble after washing. The tray has six 12 mm pockets for the vent inserts, six 30 mm bays for the reservoir tubes lying flat, a row of 55 mm cups for wide-neck collars and a raised 8 mm peg rail for nipples. The footprint is 260 by 160 mm with a 3 mm floor, 1.6 mm walls and 2 mm drainage holes in every pocket so parts finish drying. Print flat in PETG so the tray survives hot water and steam sterilizing.
