DeWalt ToughSystem drill bit index insert 1 to 13 mm
A stepped drill bit index that drops into the small removable cup of a DeWalt ToughSystem 2.0 organizer (DWST08020) and holds a full metric set from 1 to 13 mm in 0.5 mm steps. Each bore is 0.3 mm over the bit diameter so bits slide in but do not rattle, and the block rises in 8 mm steps toward the back so every shank is visible from the front. The footprint is about 90 by 60 mm to match the cup, with a 3 mm base and engraved size labels 0.6 mm deep beside each hole.
A generic index never matches the cup you own or the set you bought. With SpeakCAD you describe the cup interior and the bit sizes, preview the block in the browser without paying, ask the chat to add imperial sizes or a countersink pocket, and download the STL ready to print in PETG.
Model a drill bit index block 90 mm long, 60 mm wide, stepped from 15 to 39 mm tall in three 8 mm risers, with 25 bores for 1 to 13 mm bits in 0.5 mm steps plus 0.3 mm clearance, 20 mm deep, spaced 8 mm apart, and 0.6 mm deep engraved size text beside each bore.
