Bryton Rider to Garmin quarter-turn mount adapter

Bryton Rider 750, S500 and S800 computers use a quarter-turn foot that is close to Garmin's but not identical, so on many Garmin out-front mounts the unit feels loose or will not turn fully. This adapter has a Bryton-shaped female socket on top and a male Garmin four-tab interface underneath, each cut with 0.2 mm clearance from measured tabs, in a 10 mm thick puck 40 mm across. It prints socket-up in PETG, and the tab edges get a 0.5 mm chamfer so the computer engages smoothly.

Because the socket is generated from the exact tab widths of your Bryton rather than an approximation, the head unit clicks home without play and stays put over cobbles. Describe both interfaces in SpeakCAD, preview the puck free in the browser, adjust tab thickness in the chat, then download the STL.

Model a bike computer adapter puck 40 mm in diameter and 10 mm thick with a female quarter-turn socket on top for a Bryton foot, a male Garmin four-tab quarter-turn interface underneath, 0.2 mm clearance and 0.5 mm chamfers on all tab edges.

Change any number to match what you measured. The AI keeps the rest of the design consistent, and small follow-up edits after a download are free.
