Bambu Lab A1 mini poop chute and waste bin
A chute and bin that catch the filament purge from a Bambu Lab A1 mini during colour changes so it does not pile up behind the machine. The chute clips over the A1 mini's rear purge outlet, which sits about 30 mm behind the bed at the left rear, with two 6 mm pegs and a 45 degree ramp that carries the poop 120 mm out to a removable 100 by 80 by 90 mm bin. Walls are 1.2 mm on the chute and 1.5 mm on the bin, with a 3 mm lip so the bin slides in and out one-handed. Print the chute on its back and the bin upright in PLA; no supports needed.
The A1 and A1 mini place their purge point differently, and downloaded chutes clash with the AMS Lite tubing. In SpeakCAD you describe your printer and desk depth, preview the chute in the browser without paying, lengthen the ramp in the chat, and download the STL.
Model a purge chute 40 mm wide with 1.2 mm walls and 25 mm side rails, sloped 45 degrees over a 120 mm run, clipping on with two 6 mm pegs 30 mm apart, feeding a separate open bin 100 mm long, 80 mm wide and 90 mm tall with 1.5 mm walls and a 3 mm sliding lip.
