Pole mount bracket for a 40 mm mast

A two-piece clamp that grips a 40 mm round mast and offers a flat face with screw holes for a small antenna or outdoor Wi-Fi unit. Each half is a semicircle with a 40.5 mm inner diameter and 6 mm wall, joined by two M6 bolts through 6.5 mm holes on flanges either side. One half carries a 60 x 80 mm mounting face with four 4.5 mm holes. Printing with the flat face down and using PETG or ASA keeps it stiff and weather-resistant.

Mast diameters and device hole patterns are rarely standard, so SpeakCAD lets you specify both and generates a clamp that lines up first time. Preview it free in the browser, request a wider mounting face or a tilt wedge in the chat, and download when you are happy with the fit.
