Elgato Key Light Air quarter inch tripod adapter
An adapter that lets an Elgato Key Light Air sit on any camera tripod or light stand instead of its own weighted desk base. The Key Light Air panel attaches to its pole with a 1/4 inch-20 stud on a ball joint, so the adapter is a 40 mm tall, 30 mm diameter cylinder with a 1/4 inch-20 female thread on the bottom to take a tripod head, and a 1/4 inch-20 through-hole on top with a 12 mm hex pocket for a nut so the light's ball joint bolts on. A 6 mm hex-shaped waist gives a spanner grip. Print it upright with the female thread down, and add a brass insert if preferred.
