Dishwasher rack wheel replacement
When a lower rack wheel cracks the whole basket drags and jams, yet the original spare often costs more than a set of four printed ones. A typical wheel is 35 mm in diameter and 8 mm wide with a 6 mm axle bore, a snap-fit clip that hooks over the rack wire, and a slight crown on the tread so it tracks in the rail. Print it lying flat with 100 percent infill in PETG or ASA, which tolerate hot water and detergent far better than PLA.
Every dishwasher brand uses a slightly different wheel, and SpeakCAD models yours from three numbers you measure on the broken one: diameter, width and axle size. Describe the clip style and ask for a set of four. Previewing the part costs nothing.
Design a dishwasher lower rack wheel 35 mm diameter and 8 mm wide with a 1 mm crowned tread, a central hub with 6.2 mm bore, and a C-shaped snap clip on the back gripping a 4 mm rack wire, all edges filleted 0.5 mm.
