Bottle cage adapter for small frames
Small frames and full-suspension bikes often leave no room for a standard bottle cage in the normal position. This adapter bolts to the two frame bosses at 64 mm spacing and offsets the cage 40 mm lower or 20 mm sideways, using 5.5 mm slots for M5 bolts and a 6 mm thick plate with 3 mm ribs underneath for stiffness. A 1 mm rubber pad recess against the frame prevents paint rub, and PETG or nylon tolerate the constant vibration.
