Angle grinder cutting guide fence
Straight cuts with a 115 mm angle grinder are hard to freehand, and this guide fence clamps to the workpiece and gives the guard a straight edge to ride along. The fence is a 300 x 40 x 15 mm L profile with a 15 mm rail, two slotted clamp holes and a stepped shoulder so the guard sits 5 mm above the material. Add 3 mm fillets along the rail so the guard glides. Print flat in PETG with 6 walls to survive sparks and pressure; avoid PLA near hot chips.
Describe your grinder guard offset and disc diameter to SpeakCAD and the fence is generated so the cut lands where you mark it. If the rail needs to be taller for a 125 mm disc, request the change directly in the chat. Generating the model is free.
Create an angle grinder guide fence 300 mm long with an L profile 40 mm wide and 15 mm tall, a 5 mm step shoulder along the inside edge, two 8 x 30 mm clamp slots, and 3 mm fillets along the rail top.
