AA and AAA battery storage box with lid
A two-level case that stores fresh cells in rows and keeps the used ones separate. AA cells sit in 14.8 mm bores and AAA in 10.8 mm bores, each 0.3 mm oversize so they lift out with a fingertip, with a shallow groove under each row for a nail to pry against. The sliding lid runs in 1 mm tongue and groove rails and closes with a small bump detent; 1.5 mm walls keep the box light.
Rather than adapting a stranger's design to your battery count, tell SpeakCAD how many AA and AAA cells you keep on hand and it dimensions the box for that quantity. Iterate on lid style or add a slot for coin cells in the same chat, all free to preview, and pay only when you download the finished STL.
