Ryanair 40x20x25 cm cabin bag sizer template
A collapsible frame that reproduces the Ryanair small personal bag limit of 40 x 20 x 25 cm, so you can check a backpack or tote at home before it is measured at the gate. Four corner posts and eight 20 mm square bars slot together into an open box with an exact 400 x 200 x 250 mm interior, each joint a 12 mm square peg with 0.3 mm clearance, and the bars print in 200 mm sections joined by printed M12 threads so the kit fits a 220 mm bed.
